Three exhibitions, namely Vietnam Exhibition on SMT & Testing Technologies, Equipment and Support Industries for Electronics Manufacturing (NEPCON Vietnam), Vietnam - Japan Supporting Industries Exhibition and Industrial Components & Subcontracting Vietnam 2017 have been officially held at Hanoi International Center of Exhibition (No. 91 Tran Hung Dao Street).
Jointly organized by the JETRO in Hanoi, Reed Tradex Co., Ltd of Thailand, the Ministry of Industry and Trade’s Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency and the Viet Nam Electronic Industries Association, the event draws the participation of over 200 exhibitors from 20 countries and territories in the world, such as: Japan, Republic of Korea, China, Singapore, Thailand, etc.
NEPCON Vietnam is a unique platform for international technology providers to jointly drive the growth of the electronics industry in Vietnam whose potential is attracting global electronics investment. It will offer an ideal marketplace to present a comprehensive range of technologies for SMT line manufacturing, from feeder to testing, from leading brands, such as: Techvalley, Fuji, Sinfonía, Juki, Wkk , Sip, Hibex, Systech, Lintec, etc.
Addressing the opening ceremony, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Tran Quoc Khanh emphasized that the important event aims to support Vietnamese businesses in enhancing production capacity and connecting Japanese partners.
He believed that the exhibitions will provide Vietnamese firms with a good opportunity to increase the ratio of local content in electrical products and support industries, as well as exchange experience with partners from Japan and around the world.
