"One month in France" experience right in Hanoi

The "One Month in France" event in November is an opportunity for the Vietnamese to experience the French unique culinary products.

"One Month in France" event shall include a festive agenda, professional encounters and collaboration opportunities.

This year, France is honored at the Food Expo (15 - 18 November) in Ho Chi Minh City. This is not only a chance to introduce more about French products, but also to exchange the production skills between Vietnamese and French producers on food safety.
In addition, from November 1 to December 17 in Vietnam, 8 supermarket partners (including Big C, Auchan, Aeon, Metro, Annam Gourmet, Giant, Satra and Aeon Fivimart) will allow Vietnamese consumers to experience French cuisine by introducing consistent and affordable products, including cooking and tasting.

Program "One Month in France" with activities in Hanoi

The 8th French-Balade en events (November 10-12) in Ho Chi Minh City, will welcome the public to intimate evenings and culinary feasts. The Beaujolais Nouveau Festival will take place on November 16th in Ho Chi Minh City in conjunction with meat, vegetables and cheese introduction events on November 18th in Hanoi.
Speaking at the press conference, French Ambassador in Vietnam, Mr. Bertrand Lortholary, said that France is an agricultural country with good taste and safe food. He also confirmed that "One month in France" is an opportunity to introduce agricultural products - food industry to Vietnam market.
Meanwhile, Mr. Matthieu LEFORT, Chief Representative of the French Business Agency said that the Food Expo in Ho Chi Minh City is participated by 100 representatives from the French government and 3 inter-industry associations of dairy products, meat and vegetables. Accordingly, about 30 French businesses shall attend the exhibition. This event is especially attractive with the presence of French chefs, cooks and "the best cheese chefs in France" for better illustrating products at the exhibition.
