KTĐT - Hanoi's old quarter cultural exchange center will be officially inagurated on February 2, 2015 on the occasion of celebrating the 85th founding anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
The center, with a total area of 458m² has been jointly established by Hanoi and the city of Toulouse (France) to preserve Hanoi's old quarter heritage, aiming to promote heritage values.
Area of displaying and introducing traditional villages of Hanoi's old quarter .

The center is expected to be an attractive destination of visitors, which organizes cultural activities, introduces the history and development of Hanoi's old quarter.
