Organising an art parade to celebrate 70th anniversary of the National Day
The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism said on July 21 that an art parade will be held in Hanoi to mark 70th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19) and the National Day (September 2).
Accordingly, the art parade will take place on Hung Vuong Street. About 2,500 artisans and artists are expected to join the art parade.
The program aims to portray and honour national cultural achievements as well as historical milestones of the Vietnamese people.

The art parade will be concentrated on expressing Vietnam's cultural development in the different historical stages, and honouring the unique culture of some typical ethnic communities representing 54 nationalities in Vietnam, and the national cultural heritages honored by the UNESCO.
The parade will include two parts of art modeling and artistic ensembles.
On the occasion, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism will also organize an exhibition and print some large propaganda posters in three cities and provinces, including Hai Phong, Gia Lai and Tuyen Quang.
