According to the organizing committee, the theme of the contest: "Lens of environment", in order to work towards the vision that is the beauty of the natural environment in Vietnam, the impact of humans to nature, really environmental pollution in Vietnam and its impact to life and human health. The contest lasted for four months, from May 12th, 2014 to March 3rd,2015 on a national scale.
