Vice General President of Ha Noi Water Drainage One Member Company Ltd – Phan Hoai Minh said that. The review, pollution valuation process disclosed 140/150 suburb lakes in need of pollution control to ensure environment hygiene, protect lake view and ecosystem.
Approved and supported by local function agencies, the company started to clean and use bio product Redoxy - 3C to solve water environment of lakes. Local government highly appreciates the outcome of solving process with stink disappeared, no dead aquatic found. After being cleared, all the lakes were handed over to local government to monitor.
Until March, 7th, 36 cleaned lakes include: Chuong my - 3 lakes; Gia Lam - 1 lake; Son Tay - 2 lakes; Thanh Oai - 2 lakes; Thach That - 6 lakes; Ung Hoa - 1 lake; Đong Anh - 14 lakes; Me Linh - 1 lake; Ba Vi - 6 lakes.
Cleaning process missed some lakes, which is investigated but not cleaned such as: Đinh Xuyen, Mai Trai (Ba Vi); Cau Dinh (Dong Anh)..., because those were drained to construct embankment.
Representatives of Ha Noi Water Drainage One Member Company Ltd said: “Water-fern density makes cleaning very difficult. Hope to have local cooperation and send force to clean fern, facilitating the task”.
Mr Phan Hoai Minh informs, the company will start to clean additional 34 outskirt lakes, in which 12 ones will be solved in March.
