Never before has the overly correct trainee teacher Lisi Schnabelstedt met a supply teacher like Zeki Müller: He is handsome, he has a bigger flap than the pupils and with his rough manners even gets to grips with the chaotic class 10b. Bora Dağtekin has gained international reputation as an author of the German TV series “Turkish for Beginners”. In 2006, his first comedy “Where is Fred?” entered the cinemas, in which Til Schweiger and Jürgen Vogel played the main roles. With the film “Turkish for Beginners”, he celebrated his successful debut as a director. “Fack ju Göhte” is his second directorial work.
