The fourth session of the 15th tenure of Hanoi People’s Council opened
On July 3, the 4th session of the 15th tenure Hanoi People`s Council opened and will last until July 5.

The Hanoi Inspectorate in coordination with Section of Citizen Reception and People’s Committees of districts, suburban districts and towns proactively check and report to the Municipal People’s Committee to settle complaints and denunciations of citizens, especially large crowd of petitioners. Chairpeople of People’s Committees of districts, suburban districts and towns are requested to increase effort to handle complaints and denunciations according to their authority and encourage people to follow legal procedures.

The Police Department and People’s Committees of downtown districts and suburban districts are allowed take legal measures to ensure security and safety in case large crowd of petitioners gathers and leads to public order disturbance.
Directors of city’s departments, heads of agencies and sectors, chair-people of People’s Committees of downtown districts and suburban districts must attend all meetings; act as adviser, and prepare to answer questions of Hanoi People’s Council deputies as well as voters feedback. The agencies responsible for preparing reports, proposals and draft resolution must attend the session, receive feedback, cooperate with Commissions of the People’s Council to finalize the draft resolution, and give explanations upon requests of the People’s Council.
