The online job board provides opportunities for job seekers in Hanoi

From now until the end of 2023, Hanoi will be organizing special thematic job sessions to help businesses with recruitment and workers with job searches.

In Hanoi, an online job exchange linking seven provinces and cities across the country has given young workers more opportunities to find employment.

Organized on July 6 by Hanoi Employment Center in cooperation with Bac Giang, Bac Ninh, Thai Nguyen, Ninh Binh, Bac Kan and Lang Son provincial employment centers, the online job fair aims to connect jobseekers with potential employers.

The Hanoi job board currently has 33 employers looking for 1,128 jobs. Among them, companies such as VNPT Building Management and Exploitation JSC, Minh Anh General Service and Trading Company Limited, Dolphin Door Industrial JSC, and Gia Long GLC JSC are recruiting for positions such as managers, engineers, accountants, sales managers, and office staff.

Other companies are filling 158 positions in business and marketing and 150 positions in labor export.

Employers have varying educational requirements, with the highest demand for workers with a high school diploma or equivalent, or 482 positions, followed by those with a professional or technical degree, with 360 positions, and those with a college degree, with 286 positions.

This activity aims to help enterprises resume production and business activities by finding suitable employees and helping job seekers find employment opportunities in the new situation.

From January to June this year, more than 3,600 enterprises participated in 124 job sessions organized by the Hanoi Employment Service Center to fill more than 60,000 positions. About 8,800 people were hired during these sessions.
