Training human resources for developing nuclear power

Plan for training and retraining of state management personnel, research - deployment and technical support by 2020 for development of nuclear power has been approved by the government.

Accordingly, for the management of State personnel, curriculum, training for this object include: The content of the infrastructure development of nuclear power under the guidance of the International Atomic Energy Agency; evaluation and safety assessment; construction permits, operating licenses; safety inspection, quality management, environmental management and nuclear safeguards; technology, reactor safety, nuclear power plants and the related technical field; content management and techniques necessary for the design, manufacture, construction, operation and management of radioactive waste in nuclear power plant.
 

For human studies - deployment and technical support, training content and fostering include: science and nuclear technology, the field of engineering in the design, manufacturing, construction and operation of nuclear power plants; radiation safety, nuclear safety; nuclear fuel cycle, radioactive waste management; incident response and nuclear radiation.

In form and scale of training, will organize training, short-term internships (under 3 months) and long term (4-12 months) at home and abroad on the basis of qualifications, enhancing and depth for state management personnel and research - deployment and technical support.

Specifically, for the management of State personnel, organizational knowledge, skill level and advanced base for 900 visitors in the form of short-term and long-term in the country; organizational knowledge and skills at an advanced level for 200 visitors in the form of short-term overseas; organize refresher courses, intensive long-term internships abroad for 40 turns.

For human studies - deployment and technical support, organizational knowledge, skill level and advanced facility for 1,700 visitors in the form of short-term in the country; knowledge and skills at grassroots level in nuclear engineering and related technologies for 450 visitors in the form of long-term in the country; organizational knowledge and skills at an advanced level for 370 visitors in the form of short-term overseas; organize refresher courses, intensive long-term internships abroad for 60 turns.
