UPDATE: Hanoi finds two more positive coronavirus cases, Vietnam toll hits 53
Among the 53 positive cases so far, 17 are foreign citizens and 36 Vietnamese.
Two people in Hanoi and four in other localities have been confirmed positive today [March 14] with the new coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2), bringing the total of infections in Vietnam to 53 at the time of writing, according to the Ministry of Health.

A 50-year-old man living in Hanoi’s Ba Dinh district, identified as the 50th case, returned from a business trip to Paris on March 9.
The second new case detected in Hanoi today is a 22-year-old Vietnamese girl (51st case) who studies in Europe. She traveled to many countries between February 23 and March 12, and arrived in Vietnam on March 12.
The other four cases include a Vietnamese man (48th case) in Ho Chi Minh City, a Briton (49th case), who is husband of the 30th case detected in Vietnam, a Vietnamese woman (52nd case) in Quang Ninh, and a Czech citizen (53rd case) now in Ho Chi Minh City.
All patients are now in stable condition, the ministry said.
Among the 53 positive cases so far, 17 are foreign citizens and 36 Vietnamese. 16, including two Chinese nationals, were cured and discharged from hospital by February 26.
The virus has been found in found in 12 cities and provinces in Vietnam. At present, Hanoi and Binh Thuan both have nine cases, the largest number in Vietnam.
