The glitzy and glamorous Pham Thuy Vy Victoria was crowned Miss Vietnam Globe International 2014 at the finals competition held in Atlantic City, the US recently.
The 24-year old possesses a solid command of English, Vietnamese and Spanish, and is 1.76m tall with enviable measurements of 86-61-89. She graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, and currently works for a marketing company in San Francisco.
Thuy Vy said despite being very busy, she decided to compete in the prestigious beauty pageant organised by designer Cory Tran.
She plans to return to Vietnam for some photo shoots and devote some time to charitable activities later this year.
Thuy Vy was born in 1990 in California. She previously had won the Miss Bikini and second runner-up titles at the Miss Vietnam World 2010 pageant and also represented Vietnam at Miss World 2011.
