The 8th International Advertising Equipment and Technology Exhibition (VietAd 2017) has been recently opened at the Phu Tho Indoor Sport Stadium in Ho Chi Minh City.

VietAd, the largest advertising event in Vietnam after eight years of development, has become an effective trade channel for foreign and domestic advertising enterprises, while offering opportunities to firms to share experience in the field. Furthermore, the expo has established cooperation relations with the most renowned advertising expos in Asia.

Experts said that the inked free trade agreements will create favourable conditions for Vietnamese businesses to enter regional and global markets. Thus, businesses in advertising equipment and technology need to enhance capacity to bring made-in-Vietnam products to large markets like ASEAN, the EU and the US.
Only by trading Vietnamese-branded products, domestic advertising companies can promote the development of advertising industry and support other sectors, making contributions to the nation’s economic development.
Meanwhile, advertising businesses said that state management agencies should create a favourable investment climate as well as provide sound business conditions so as to make advertising equipment and technology an important industry in Vietnamese economy.
