According to Vice Chairman of VNAT Nguyen Le Phuc, Vietnam highly appreciates Google’s initiative to introduce Google Arts & Culture digital platform to the country’s tourism industry.

"I hope that through this program, localities will actively promote their unique cultural and tourism values to the world, enhancing brand reputation and luring international tourists to Vietnam,” he said.

Vice Chairman of Vietnam National Administration of Tourism Nguyen Le Phuc delivered a speech at the introduction program of Google Arts & Culture digital platform on June 15.

Agreeing with Phuc, Pierre Caessa, Program Manager, Google Arts & Culture said that digitizing resources to reach global visitors is one of the important things to promote tourism, especially during the post pandemic. It's willing to support tourism regulatory agencies across Vietnam through this training course.

After this introduction program, it is expected that in the third quarter of 2022, VNAT and Google will organize detailed training programs for those interested in Google Arts & Culture digital platform.

In the coming times, VNAT will continue working closely with Google and other units to support digital transformation in localities, businesses, and tourist destinations. The cooperation is also aimed at enhancing tourism promotion locally and globally through digital platforms.
