The event is part of activities in celebration of the 31st anniversary of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and South Korea.

The program covers a wide range of activities, including a fashion show hosted by the Sen Viet Club, a Vietnamese-South Korean singing competition, and a performance of traditional musical instruments.

Participants can also enjoy traditional Vietnamese folk games such as shuttlecock competition, cheraw dance, and charity activities.

Vietnamese regional specialties will also be offered at the event, as well as the conical hat drawing and the lucky draw for souvenirs.

The program is expected to be a fulfilling and enjoyable event for the Vietnamese community in Korea.

The previous event was organized by the Vietnamese Buddhist Cultural Center in Hanoi, the Association for Liaison with Overseas Vietnamese, and the State Commission for Overseas Vietnamese of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Currently, more than 200,000 overseas Vietnamese live, work and study in South Korea, according to Mai Phan Dung, deputy head of the State Commission for Overseas Vietnamese.

Growing trade ties and the increase in the number of Vietnamese-Korean multicultural families in recent years have helped strengthen bilateral relations between the two nations.
