Vietnam wins two gold medals at the Asian Physics Olympiad

On May 9, the Ministry of Education and Training announced the results of the Vietnamese team at the 2015 Asian Physics Olympiad held in China on May 3-9.

According to the Ministry of Education and Training, Vietnam bagged two gold medals at the 2015 Asian Physics Olympiad.

The gold medals belonged to Vu Thanh Trung Nam, twelfth grader at the Hanoi-Amsterdam High School and Nguyen Ngoc Khanh, twelfth grader at the Phan Boi Chau High School in the central province of Nghe An.
The Vietnamese team was also awarded three silver and one bronze medals and two certificates of merit.
The Vietnamese students will arrive back in Vietnam on May 11.
