President Truong Tan Sang will attend the United Nations Summit for the adoption of the 2030 Agenda on Sustainable Development and related events in New York, the US, from September 24-28.
The Foreign Ministry said the President has been invited by UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon.
President Sang then will pay an official visit to Cuba from September 28-30 at the invitation of his Cuban counterpart Raul Castro Ruz.
