Viettel Money earns global Excellence Award

Viettel Money is the only Vietnamese platform honored at the 2025 Excellence Awards, showcasing its robust customer strategy and Vietnam’s growing influence in the global digital finance sector.

THE HANOI TIMES — Viettel Money, the digital finance platform of the Viettel Group in Vietnam, was named one of the top global brands at the 2025 Excellence Awards, which were hosted by the TM Forum in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Viettel Money is the only Vietnamese representative to be recognized this year, standing alongside tech giants such as Huawei, Ericsson, China Unicom, and e& from the UAE.

Viettel Money was honored in the “Excellence in Monetizing the Network” category for its efforts to enhance the customer experience (CX) by localizing international models, such as the TM Forum’s Customer Experience Management (CEM) framework.

Viettel Money's 2025–2030 CX roadmap focuses on six core areas: experience, strategy, culture, technology, data, and operations. This approach embeds customer-centricity into every product and service, ensuring convenience and accessibility.

According to Viettel, receiving recognition at such a prestigious global awards ceremony highlights the increasing influence of locally developed platforms in the digital finance sector.

Out of over 850 participants from around the world, this recognition is clear proof of Viettel’s ability to meet international standards and further reinforces its position as a leading player in the global digital ecosystem.

Viettel Money, launched in December 2021, is Viettel’s all-in-one digital finance platform. It offers over 350 services, including payments, transfers, insurance, savings, and investments. By April 2025, it had nearly 30 million users.
