The People’s Committee of Vinh Phuc Province in conjunction with the Vietnamese Embassy in the Republic of Korea held a conference in Seoul to call for more investment to the province.


Meanwhile, Pham Van Vong, Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, introduced to RoK companies the locality’s potential, advantages as well as business environment and preferential policies.
RoK investors are leading in the number of projects in Vinh Phuc, with 59 ones, and stand third in terms of investment capital with US$508 million, Vong said. He elaborated that his locality is striving to become an industrial province by 2015, and stands ready to welcome RoK enterprises with support in licensing procedures and human resources training.
During their stay, Vinh Phuc’s officials also made a fact-finding tours to and held investment promotions in Bussan city and Chungcheongbuk province, which are among the largest economic hubs of the RoK.
