Zuni.vn becomes Vietnam’s first open online education gate
Zuni.vn has been upgraded to be Vietnam’s first open interactive online education gate, according to the VNG Joint Stock Company on October 29.
In this new version, the website has created an open educational environment to allow any teachers to introduce their online lessons and training courses to reach a majority of Zuni users.
The new educational model offers a good opportunity for qualified young teachers to advance their career.
Meanwhile, capable teachers can gain access to more students nationwide, enhance their credibility and increase income by designing and managing online training courses.
Nguyen Hong Vinh, Zuni Project Manager said the new model has originated from the well-known open online education website Udemy.com which was established in 2010 and became the cradle of career advancement for many teachers in the world.
The content of lectures in the website is expanded to many fields including psychology, life skills and university entrance subjects.
Lectures will be strictly examined by the website administrator to ensure high quality courses.
Zuni now has 900 videos of lectures and special themes and 1,500 practice tests, attracting more than 200,000 students nationwide.
