Today, the capital city of Vietnam celebrates the 68th anniversary of liberation day (October 10, 1954 – October 10, 2022). This milestone has transformed Hanoi into a national hub and a vital metropolis in Southeast Asia, rich in culture and long-lasting characteristics.
Hanoi said it targets to become a green, modern, and smart city to maintain the title of “City for Peace.”
The capital has properly shown the spirit of Trang An people – elegant and love peace.
Hanoi will have to materialize with long-term programs and action plans the city's vision and policies, create favorable conditions to take the field of design to new heights.
The priority for Hanoi is to turn its creative aspect into the foundation to realize the socio-economic development goal under the 2045 vision, said the UNESCO chief representative in Vietnam.
Once becoming a creative city, Hanoi will have to materialize its long-term programs and action plans on visions and political ties in the city.
UNESCO will help Hanoi connect with cities in other countries as well as those who are interested in the city’s development.
France’s former PM praised Hanoi city's growth rate and expressed his belief that will surely overcome many challenges in the modernization process.
