84 tasks assigned for Hanoi's departments in 2017

On February 6, at the conference of the heads of departments of the City to evaluate the socio-economic situation in January and key tasks for February of 2017, Chairman of the Hanoi People’s Committee Nguyen Duc Chung assigned 17 tasks for departments with the top 84 duties in 2017.

As reported by the Department of Planning and Investment, the goods in the new year to meet demand, price stability, not change. The policy beneficiaries and poor households is concerned, ensure the festival house; the necessities, such as electricity, water, ensuring stability. Hanoi has worried a thoughtful New Year in all aspects for the people.

Along with that, the city has implemented various tasks inborn nature, such as consolidating the arrangements apparatus units under Resolution 39, ensuring the plan; focus drastically, the "Year 2017 administrative discipline" throughout the province, creating stylish, new business vitality, practical and efficient; good organization launched the "Arbor Day eternal gratitude to Uncle Ho", with the objectives of 430,000 trees planted on the type, double the number in 2016 as plant 210,000 trees.

 


At the meeting, after listening to the speeches of the leaders of departments, City Chairman Nguyen Duc Chung welcomed the working spirit of all levels and sectors; the unit has made great efforts to contribute to the outcome of the City.

City Chairman Nguyen Duc Chung has directed 17 departments and agencies to focus on implementation of the first 84 from the end of 2017. In particular, the requirements, at all levels, sectors and localities to continue implementing "the year 2017 for administrative discipline". Strengthening inspection and examination duty performance in the district, especially wards, public service areas; emphasis on behavior under the Regulation of Conduct in City agencies have been issued; strictly handling violations of individuals.

For the Department of Construction, urgently proposed test program, control, statistics villas, firstly as a dedicated, absolutely not sell that to the auction, sourcing investment in building infrastructure necessary.

Concerning the departments, City Chairman required Department of Labour, inspection and controlling program to build and repair housing for people with meritorious; collaboration with the Department of Health plans to open cancer screening programs. Department of Culture and Communications continues to urge dismantling billboards illegally, and soon completed the handover pilot for Hanoi's club to this unit for developing projects to renovate and build parkings, approval process.

Department of Transportation in the first quarter of 2017, the completion of the procedures for the relocation of the restaurant ship on the West Lake. Evaluating 10 monitoring effective stations (water and air); actively implemented and completed LUR certificate, after land consolidation. Communications MPC review steering committee, to consider and propose a merger for MPC.

At the meeting, City Chairman Nguyen Duc Chung also said that next week, the Dutch experts will bring 10,000 seeds (white asparagus and green asparagus) trial planting in areas outside the dikes of districts: Thuong Tin, Phu Xuyen, then expanding it to grow.

The City Chairman also recommended to urgently negotiate with the University of Cambridge (UK) to come in September and bring international training programs in this model and pilot on Chu Van An High School.
