Bustling Hanoi Spring Fair 2025

At the fair, all exhibits have a clear origin, meet food safety, VietGAP or GlobalGAP standards and have organic farming certificates or OCOP product certificates.

Hanoi Spring Fair 2025 runs at the Vincom Mega Mall Royal City with the Lunar New Year (traditional Vietnamese Tet) just around the corner.

More than 100 stalls showcase agricultural staples favored for Vietnam's most important annual festival, such as bamboo shoot, wood ear, sticky rice, Shan Tuyet tea, and Vu Dai village fish stew.

Hanoi Spring Fair is an annual cultural and commercial event, organized by Win-Win Trade Promotion and Event Organization Company Limited. Numerous consumers are looking forward to the event at the end of the year to shop and experience the culture of Vietnam's regions.

This year's event has welcomed thousands of visitors. Especially the stalls with regional specialties and Tet food caught a lot of interest.

"I have been to many spring fairs in Hanoi, but this one is the most diverse and plentiful. Especially, there are products from the highlands, specialties from many regions with certificates of good quality," Nguyen Viet Lam, a resident of Nam Tu Liem District, told The Hanoi Times.

Tran Thi Hai, a resident of Hoang Mai District, said: "For the past three years, I have prioritized buying made-in-Vietnam goods, especially necessities such as detergent, clothes, shoes, and food. I have also bought imported products, but compared to Vietnamese goods, they are of the same quality and more expensive."

Nong Van Minh, a local in Thanh Xuan District, said his family often buys oranges to make juice. "I found Cao Phong oranges (a specialty of Hoa Binh province) and bought ten kilos. Every year, when the Tet holiday comes around, I always shop at the Hanoi Spring Fair because I feel very confident about the origin and quality of the products, and the prices are also reasonable."

At the fair, all exhibits have a clear origin, meet food safety, VietGAP or GlobalGAP standards, and have organic farming certificates or OCOP product certificates, said Vuong Van Ngan, a representative of the Organizing Committee.

The sophisticated and unique cinnamon handicrafts of traditional artisan villages highlight the unique cultural values of the regions of origin.

"The Hanoi Spring Fair 2025 aims to encourage trade and boost product promotion. To qualify to display products at the fair, businesses must meet the standards set by the organizer, have a business license and a product quality certificate," Ngan told The Hanoi Times.

Not only are the product categories diverse, but the booths at Hanoi Spring Fair 2025 also offer many exclusive promotions and more outstanding incentives than street shops to stimulate purchases.

"At this fair, the prices will be 30% lower. At present, the prices here are the lowest possible for customers. In particular, there are many gifts with the purchase of our products, such as water purifiers, air fryers, slow juicers, and nut milk makers," Le Anh Phuong, owner of the Kangaroo stall, told The Hanoi Times.

Within the framework of the fair, there are trade networking activities between enterprises and major distributors (Aeon, Lotte, Central Retail, clean product chains) and many cultural promotion activities among provinces and cities, creating a festival of specialties, tourism and culture of different regions of the country in Hanoi.

The Spring Fair is open daily from 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and runs through January 16.
