Chief Justice of SPC work with high-ranking delegation of Laos Ministry of Justice

On November 5, in Hanoi, the Chief Justice of the Supreme People`s Court (SPC) Truong Hoa Binh had a meeting with high-ranking delegation of Lao PDR Ministry of Justice led by the Minister of Justice Bun Kot Xang Sac.

Speaking at the meeting, Truong Hoa Binh expressed his pleasure to receive high-level delegation from the Ministry of Justice Minister of Justice Laos PDR to work with Vietnam SPC. At the same time, he also thanks to many of the Lao authorities for the development of the system going up People's Court of Vietnam in recent years.

At the meeting, Binh Chief Justice shared experiences about the fundamental innovation system of Vietnam People's Court Organization Law in the spirit of the People's Court in 2014. Accordingly, the law provides the organizational structure of the courts towards specialization.

Responding to the warm welcome, Lao Minister of Justice confirmed regulations, the meeting is to promote good relations between Vietnam and Laos, especially in the field of judicial reform.
