The latest case is N.Q.T, 61, who sat near Nguyen Hong Nhung, the first case of Hanoi and the 17th infected person in Vietnam, on a flight from London to Hanoi on March 2. Thuan is Hanoi’s the fourth case.

N.Q.T is said to be vice chairman of the Central Theoretical Council of the Communist Party of Vietnam and a member of the Advisory Team of the Prime Minister.
