Creating professional and disciplined human resources

That is the guiding spirit of the Hanoi People`s Committee Chairman Nguyen Duc Chung, at the International Symposium on synchronization solutions to enhance the quality of education, vocational training and human resources in Hanoi.

The workshop was held on June 23 by Advance International Corporation JSC (AIC),  with the participation of experts on education and training, vocational training, coming from countries and territories worldwide.

According to instructions of Dr. Nguyen Thi Thanh Nhan - Chairman and CEO of Advance International Corporation (AIC), "the workshop aims to introduce the model of vocational training, training of human resources in the world associated with characteristics of the Capital so that the City can reference as the basis for building the project of developing high quality human resources of Hanoi in the coming years, serving the needs of development and integration.

In this spirit, in the workshop, there were 7 experts from the Institute Chisholm (Australia), University of Em Normandie (France), Television NHK (Japan), Microsoft Corporation (US), National University of Korea, Institute for Information Industry (Taiwan). They suggested the solutions to improve the quality and effectiveness of the Capital's Universities; Synchronization solutions to enhance the quality of education, manpower training in Hanoi; Korea's experience in foreign language teaching and application recommendations in Hanoi; Renovating the vocational training and employment, to meet the requirements of the society; Proposing solutions to improve the quality of schools in Hanoi; Smart school model and application solutions for Hanoi.

A new feature of the workshop is that experts introduced the model, coupled with the proposed reference, applying with the development strategy of human resource training of Hanoi, making it convincing.

Speaking at the seminar, City Chairman Nguyen Duc Chung thanked the international experts on the emotions and enthusiasm for the development of Hanoi. Agreeing with the advisory opinion, Chairman Nguyen Duc Chung said that the City is planning to build the project of developing high quality of human resources in 2030 to serve the development needs of the Capital.

City Chairman Nguyen Duc Chung suggested that for training establishments, the City needs to collect opinions of experts, access to the models and all experience from both success and failure, thus, proactively building innovative programs of training methods to develop human resources, link to social needs required to meet the recruitment needs of investors, as well as developing the Capital's enterprises and international integration.
