Affirming that both sides own plenty of cooperation potentials in culture, tourism, trade, agriculture, seafood and crime avoidance…Chairman Nguyen Duc Chung hopes the Delegation’s visit would build firm background to a Memorandum of Understanding of Comprehensive Cooperation between Hanoi city and Western Cape Province or Cape Town City.
Agreeing with proposal from Hanoi authority, Premier of the Western Cape Province Helen Zille pledged to facilitate all the upcoming collaborations between the city and province.
