Festival to spread traditional cuisine from three regions of Vietnam
The tourism promotion festival will take place from April 28-30 at Cua Viet Tourist Area, the central province of Quang Tri.

The tourism promotion festival, themed “National Soul – Taste of Homeland”, is jointly organized by the Hanoi Tourism College, Quang Tri provincial People’s Committee, and the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism.
The event, is held from April 28-30, with the participation of 80 food booths displaying cuisine from three regions across the country.
The festival's Opening Ceremony will take place on April 28, with an art program showing the colors of culture through music, dance, and culinary performances.
The festival will feature many other special programs to attract tourists and promote tourism recovery in Quang Tri and the whole country, such as regional food fair featuring culinary shows of the three regions, the quintessence of Vietnamese cuisine performed by top chefs, and Sunset Chill music show.
Speaking at a press conference this week, Director General of the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism Nguyen Trung Khanh said that the festival is a major cultural and culinary event that is held during the National Day of Solidarity and Reunification (April 30) to honor the diversity and uniqueness of Vietnamese cuisine and Central cuisine.
“This is also part of a series of stimulus activities to serve the reopening of tourism in the new period, thereby attracting many tourists to Quang Tri Province," he said.
