13 banned streets includes: Hoang Hoa Tham, Mai Xuan Thuong, Giang Vo, Lang Ha, Le Van Luong, Truong Chinh, Kham Thien, Chuong Duong bridge (from Nguyen Van Cu to Tran Nhat Duat), Phu Doan, Cau Giay, Xuan Thuy and Giai Phong street.
According to  Vu Van Vien, director of Hanoi Department of Transportation, quoted by Tuoitre Online: "The differentiating is a bit difficult, but the Grab and Uber under the rules must have the logo. Police and traffic inspectors will identify them through the logo. Those without logo shall be handled for both violations”.
According to the director of Hanoi Department of Transportation, this ban clearly reflected the city's stance on congestion solutions.
Vien also said that the banned streets are not permanent. The street reducing congestion will be lifted off the ban, in contrast, those with serious congestion will be added to the ban on passenger coach.
