Hanoi Chairman received Mormon church delegation (USA)

On the evening of February 24, Hanoi Chairman Nguyen Duc Chung received Mormon church delegation (USA) led by Chairman Gary E. Stevenson to visit Vietnam.

At the meeting, chief delegate Gary E. Stevenson expressed his deep impression about the beauty and the development of Hanoi. Talking to Chairman Nguyen Duc Chung on issues of concern, Gary E. Stevenson expressed a deep impression on the history of tradition, culture, ancient and modern culture of Hanoi Capital and City for peace honored by UNESCO.

Thanking for the good impression of Mr. Gary E. Stevenson Mormon Church, Chairman Nguyen Duc Chung welcomed the delegation's visit. He also highlighted Vietnam's achievements in 30 years of implementing the renewal process, which urges the State of Vietnam always to be friends with other countries, including the United States, that is now an important partner in economic cooperation as well as issues of mutual interest.

Chairman Nguyen Duc Chung wished the visit of the delegation in Hanoi and Vietnam will gain good results and positive contribution to the development of friendship and cooperation between the two countries, as well as the United States and Hanoi apital.
