Hanoi City Council conducts question and answer session

On December 3, the 14th session of Hanoi People`s Council has been conducting direct question and answer session in the hall for the MPC and the departments concerned. This is the last Q&A session of the 2011-2016 period.

According to the work program, the Chairwoman of Hanoi People's Council Nguyen Thi Bich Ngoc, has addressed the opening session. Next, Hanoi People's Committee has presented the report to review the situation and results of the implementation of the conclusions of the meeting in question and answer sessions, the recommendations of the permanent supervision, the City Council committee and conclude the next meeting of the Standing City Council from the beginning of year until now. After the report, the explanations of the MPC, delegates from City Council have implemented a direct question for the MPC, the departments concerned in the hall.

To cater to today's Q&A session, MPC has consolidated report on the situation and performance that Councils and City Councils delegates had raised in terms of the responsibilities of the agency, unit. In a report sent to the MPC's Council stated the contents that are resolved and not resolved. Reports collected 197 contents with 7 groups:

Group one: State management issues in planning, construction, urban management (56 questions).
Group two: State management of land and environment (12 questions)
Group three: The problem of state management in economy (20 questions)
Group four: State Administration of culture, education, science (73 questions)
Group five: Goverment of the agricultural sector (22 questions)
Group six: State management issues on capacity building to effectively organize the machinery of government, administrative reform (11 questions)
Group seven: Problem receiving citizens and settling complaints and denunciations, the matters raised by citizens to the Permanent People's Council (02 questions)
