An exhibition themed “Hanoi - Hue - Saigon: Tradition and Development” is underway at the Temple of Literature in Hanoi to celebrate the 1,010th anniversary of Thang Long - Hanoi, the 60th anniversary of the twinning of three Vietnamese cities and the 66th anniversary of the capital city's Liberation Day.

| The event, organized by the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports, features more than 300 photos and documents on the cultural heritage and socio-economic achievements of Hanoi, Thua-Thien Hue and Ho Chi Minh City. |

The exhibition affirms the sisterhood relationship and highlights a historical perspective of the cooperation and joint work of heritage tourism development among the three cities.

On October 8, 1960, at Ba Dinh-Hanoi Club, the twinning between the main cities of Vietnam that are Hanoi - Hue - Saigon (now Ho Chi Minh city) materialized, further improving the kinship of Vietnamese of all the regions of the country in the war to safeguard the nation.
