With foreign enterprises accounting for 65% of the participants in the expo, ENTECH HANOI 2023 has raised its status to that of a world-class event in the field of energy-environment. With the theme of "Clean Energy - Green Environment", Hanoi aims to send a message to encourage energy-intensive enterprises to adopt new and modern technologies to move towards a low-carbon economy. The aim is to improve the quality of products and services, reduce energy consumption, and comply with regulations on carbon emissions per unit of exported goods.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Nguyen Manh Quyen, Deputy Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee, emphasized that ENTECH HANOI is a specialized energy and environment technology event that has attracted the attention of the domestic and international business community.

"Over the past 14 years, the event has improved its quality and reputation, confirmed its international level with the role of effective trade link in the energy-environment field, providing modern energy-saving and pollution-reducing technologies to businesses," he said.

The event is expected to help formulate and refine policies to create energy and environmental technologies that are truly effective for socio-economic development and expand international cooperation in scientific research and new technologies.

In addition, the expo will help companies meet, exchange information and increase investment in transferring advanced technology, reducing environmental pollution and contributing to sustainable development.

"With the thorough preparation of domestic and international enterprises and production facilities, ENTECH HANOI 2023 promises to create a vibrant trade environment, business cooperation in the field of energy-environment, and help enterprises in Hanoi and Vietnam in general to access modern technological solutions of high quality in the world, thereby transferring technology and developing business," the official stressed.
