Hanoi's leaders pay tribute to Lenin on his 152nd birthday

The delegation is led by the Secretary of the municipal Party Committee, Dinh Tien Dung.

A delegation from the Party Committee, the People’s Council, the People’s Committee, and the Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi, laid wreaths at the statue of Vladimir Ilyich Lenin on the occasion of his 152nd birthday (April 22, 1870 – April 22, 2022).

The delegation was led by the Secretary of the municipal Party Committee Dinh Tien Dung.

The Hanoi leaders paid their respect to Lenin, an outstanding political theorist, the prominent leader of the working class around the world, and the founder of the Soviet State - the first worker-peasant state in the world.

The officials pledged absolute loyalty to Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh thought while stressing the unity and determination in following the path of the proletarian revolution, towards developing Hanoi into a more beautiful, prosperous, civilized, and modern city.

Also this morning, representatives of the Hanoi youth, agencies, and organizations paid floral tributes to Lenin.
