The entire premises of the Hanoi Museum, Thang Long Imperial Citadel, Vietnam–Soviet Friendship Cultural Palace, and Le Hong Phong Cadre Training School will serve as parking and gathering points for vehicles carrying delegates, guests, and residents attending the parade and festivities.

Local wards and communes are also tasked with identifying additional parking areas at public offices and schools.

Relevant agencies will coordinate to ensure security, traffic safety, and fire prevention at all designated sites.

The list of possible parking spaces must be submitted to the Hanoi Departments of Culture and Sports, Public Security, and Construction by August 21 for review and approval.
