The capital city wants to explore opportunities and promote cooperation with strong partners and countries, including Israel, for its master development.
Hanoi wishes to foster cooperation with Israel in potential fields, including agriculture, training and education, and information technology, said Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee Nguyen Manh Quyen in Hanoi on February 15.

Speaking with the Israeli business delegation, led by President of the Israel-Vietnam Chamber of Commerce Einat Halevi Levin, Quyen wanted the two sides to actively exchange and seek potential cooperation opportunities, with support from the capital city's departments and agencies.
He said Hanoi is Vietnam's center for politics, economy, culture and education. After expanding administrative boundaries, the capital city's need for investment and development becomes urgent.
Quyen said Hanoi takes the lead in the scale and quality of education and training in Vietnam, with an educational system from preschool to university. "We need cooperation to promote the sector's development and quality in line with international standards."
As for information technology, Quyen said the capital city is intensifying the application of information technology in all fields, especially State and social administration.
"About 300,000 businesses are operating in the capital city. We have been building incubators to create business environments for innovative startups," said Quyen.
Being one of the three localities with the largest agricultural production value in Vietnam, Hanoi needs development orientations for the agriculture sector and has a high demand for hi-tech solutions in agricultural production.
"We also need raw materials for producing garments and textiles, footwear, and handicrafts," he added.
President of the Israel-Vietnam Chamber of Commerce Einat Halevi Levin highly appreciated the development potential of Hanoi, believing that the two sides will have many opportunities for cooperation and mutual support.
Levin expressed her desire to welcome delegations from Hanoi to Israel, confirming that she will create all conditions for exchanging experience in fields of the city's concerns.
He hailed the efforts and methods of Hanoi and Vietnam to cope with the Covid-19 pandemic and is willing to cooperate and share experience in various fields.
