As per the decision, the task force comprises 20 members, including Le Hong Son, the Permanent Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee, who serves as the Team Leader, and Ngo Anh Tuan, Director of the Hanoi Department of Justice, acts as the Deputy Team Leader.
The Hanoi People's Committee has also extended invitations to representatives from the Ministry of Justice and City People's Council's units to participate as task force members. Leaders and former leaders of ministries and central agencies also contribute their expertise as experts.
The task force's primary responsibility is to advise Hanoi leaders in collaboration with central agencies for researching, receiving, clarifying comments, and refining the draft amended Capital Law.
They are tasked with supplementing policy impact assessments and developing detailed regulatory documents within the revised version. Additionally, the task force organizes conferences, seminars, and discussions involving experts, scientists, and practitioners. They aim to disseminate information about the draft law's policies and content to garner consensus among society, the public, organizations, relevant agencies, and those directly impacted by the draft law.
The leader of the task force assigns each member's specific tasks. The task force operates on a part-time basis and self-dissolves upon the completion of its designated tasks.
