Hanoi to enhance building urban civilized lifestyle

Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee`s chapter in Hanoi Vu Hong Khanh has recently had a working session with the Fatherland Front Committee of Hoang Mai District to understand thoughts and aspirations of cadres in charge of the Fatherland Front Work at the grassroots.

In the first half of 2017, Hanoi Fatherland Front Committee boosted the cooperation in popularizing and encouraging local people to implement land clearance as well as carrying out the large projects of the Central and the capital city in the locality; built plans and performed environmental supervision in the three wards of Hoang Liet, Tran Phu and Mai Dong; cooperated with the People’s Council and authorized agencies to monitor the prevention and control of smuggling, trade fraud, counterfeit goods, imitation goods, poor quality and food safety; made a survey to grasp the management and implementation of plans, the management of construction order and the restructuring of agricultural production; enhanced the campaign “All people unite to build new- style rural areas and civilized urban” and so on.

Highly appreciating the achievements gained by the Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee's chapter in Hanoi Vu Hong Khanh said that 2017 is not only the year of administrative discipline for the capital city, but also the pivotal time to put the Resolution into life for the Fatherland Front. At the same time, the Hanoi Fatherland Front Committee also boosts activities to create the premise for the coming congress. 

The Chairman also required that the district Fatherland Front Committee should pay special attention to strengthening the popularization of foreign policies of the Party and the State; boost the friendship cooperation with countries to create favorable conditions for investment attraction as well as to introduce images of Vietnam and the people in general and Hanoi - the Capital City in particular.

For the campaign “All people unite to build new-style rural areas and civilized urban”, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee's chapter in Hanoi Vu Hong Khanh asked the district Fatherland Front Committee to research and popularize its five contents among people, including: boosting the popularization to change people’s thoughts and habits to create civilized lifestyle in residential areas; sharing the human resource with localities to implement the campaign.
