THE HANOI TIMES— “Hanoi Radiant - Light and Heritage,” the ongoing digital exhibition organized by the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports, uses light and technology to retell the capital’s thousand-year story to modernize the preservation and better the audience's experience.
