Hanoi Youth Union - Vientiane signed a memorandum of cooperation

On December 17, on the occasion of friendly visit of the delegation of the Hanoi Youth Union to Vientiane (Laos), the two union leaders have held talks and signed a memorandum on strengthening cooperation and friendly relations between Vietnam and Laos during the period of 2016-2020.

In the friendly visit of a delegation of Hanoi Youth Union to Vientiane, two parties discussed and agreed on the content of cooperation, such as: continuing to organize delegations to visit, exchange work experience and Regiment Teenager Movement; Hanoi Youth Union organized for the capital to youth volunteer activities in Vientiane (Laos); open training officer for Vientiane City's Children delegation of 20 students.

Reportedly, friendly visit of Hanoi Youth Union delegation to Vientiane held from December 16 - 21 in Hanoi and Quang Ninh province with many practical significant exchanges.
