Organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism in collaboration with the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists and Vietnam Television, the contest welcomes submissions from professional and amateur creators.

It is a testament to Vietnam’s commitment to promoting human rights through artistic expression and cultural narratives.

The submission window for entries will last until September 30. Detailed contest rules and submission guidelines are available at: https://happy.vietnam.vn.

At the event's launch ceremony on May 22, Le Hai Binh, Permanent Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism, emphasized the contest's profound philosophy: "Happiness is not a destination, but a journey. That journey must be documented and shared through genuine moments from the daily lives of each citizen."

The Happy Vietnam 2025 Contest does more than recognize outstanding artistic works. It provides an invaluable opportunity for individuals to reflect on and appreciate the value of life more deeply, fostering a greater sense of faith and love within the community.

The compelling photos, videos, articles, and creative concepts submitted are expected to convey positive messages about Vietnam as a nation that cherishes peace, embraces continuous development and innovation, and actively engages with the global community.

In addition to capturing moments of spiritual richness, the contest also seeks to highlight Vietnam's dynamic transformation across various sectors, ranging from science and technology to innovation and digital transformation, as well as sustainable economic development and deep international integration.

The contest invites everyone to share their journey of happiness and growth, which truly encapsulates the vibrant spirit and ongoing progress of Vietnam.
