This is the latest result reported by Gachvang Co., Ltd. about 14 routes around the "West Street" of Hanoi, also known as the international intersection located in the old town, centered around the Ta Hien main street.
Accordingly, during the first seven months of 2017, the leading land plot in front of Hang Can, quite near Ta Hien (the center of West Hanoi) is trading at a terrible price from 660 Million VND / m2.
The remaining streets surrounding or leading to Hanoi West include Nguyen Sieu, Ma May, Hang Giay, Lan Ong, Hang Ngang, Hang Buom, Luong Ngoc Quyen, Luong Van Can, which ranged between 340 and 492 million VND / m2.
Gachvang said that Hanoi's western quarter, which consists of neighboring chess pavilions in the old quarter, is a culinary mecca for foreigners and locals. Recently, many of the roads belonging to this area have been piloted as walking streets, or convenient connection to the pedestrian street along Hoan Kiem Lake, creating more commercial opportunities, shopping, tourism, check-in boiling to these international crossroads. This is the reason that the price of land in Hanoi West Street tends to go up.
The land price increase for roads around Hanoi's Western Quarter in the first half of 2017 has been 6% on average and the highest level was over 50%. However, only Dao Duy Tu Street increased suddenly, the remaining lines increased only within the threshold of 6-8%.
