Russia and Vietnam are expected to sign a contract to build a new nuclear studies center and a nuclear plant in the latter during the next few months, Russian Deputy PM Dmitry Chernyshenko said on April 7 at his visit to the Vietnam Atomic Energy Institute. Both sides expect the bilateral relations will be bolstered in the future.

Four students hospitalized for using e-cigarettes in Hanoi

Four students of Ha Dong High School in Hanoi have been hospitalized for using e-cigarette products at school, reported the Police Department of Ha Dong District. Of the four students, three are at grade 10 and the other one is an 11th grader. The students were taken to the medical center in fainting after having shared e-cigarettes with their friends.

All four students are now in stable condition. Despite harmful effects, smoking e-cigarettes is now a new trend among students as it may prove someone’s coolness to others. According to the Hanoi Health Department, e-cigarettes contain nicotine and other good-smell ingredients. Illegal products may also contain drugs, heroin, and other unlicensed substances that cause diseases in students.
