The prime minister and businessman paid a visit to Ngoc Son Temple, took a leisurely walk around Hoan Kiem Lake, and explored Hanoi’s Old Quarter.

At Ngoc Son Temple, they participated in an incense-offering ceremony and explored the history of key landmarks, including the Thap But (Pen Tower) and The Huc Bridge. They were particularly intrigued by the legend of Hoan Kiem Lake and its sacred turtles.

They continued their visit to the Old Quarter, where they interacted warmly with both residents and tourists. They also stopped by bookstores and souvenir shops.

In the cool weather and a relaxed atmosphere, the prime minister invited Huang and NVIDIA’s senior executives to experience Hanoi’s renowned street food. The group enjoyed specialties such as nem tai (fermented pork rolls), nem chua ran (fried fermented pork rolls), and Truc Bach beer on Ta Hien Street, known as Hanoi’s lively “street that never sleeps” and a favorite among international visitors.

On December 5, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh met Huang and witnessed the signing of a key agreement between the Vietnamese government and NVIDIA that outlines the establishment of an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Research and Development Center and an AI Data Center in Vietnam.
