The festival featured nearly 80 booths, each serving as a vibrant showcase of Hanoi’s cultural and culinary heritage. Attendees enjoyed a rich array of specialties, including pho bo (beef noodle soup), banh cuon (steamed rice crepes), banh com (young sticky rice cakes), and Tay Ho lotus tea, providing a tantalizing glimpse into the capital’s diverse food scene.

Beyond the diverse food stalls and handcrafted products, the festival offered a lively mix of interactive activities. Highlights included street circus performances, culinary workshops, folk painting classes, and ethnic music shows, all adding to the vibrant atmosphere.

According to the organizers, the festival aimed to present Hanoi as a dynamic and modern city while celebrating its rich cultural heritage. Dang Huong Giang also announced that the Hanoi Tourism Department plans to launch more innovative promotional activities in the future to attract tourists to the city year-round.
