THE HANOI TIMES — Senior leaders of the Party and State today [February 13] paid tribute to revolutionary predecessors and fallen heroes at Mai Dich Cemetery in Hanoi ahead of the Lunar New Year 2026.

The delegation offered incense and observed a minute of silence in memory of generations who devoted their lives to the Party and the nation.
