The 4th international conference on Vietnamese literature and the 3rd international poetry festival were held on February 16 in Hanoi with the participation of nearly 200 poets, writers and translators from 46 countries and territories around the world.

In particular, many works have been awarded by international book fairs, publishers and national literary organizations. Many literary magazines in the world have issued special publications on Vietnamese literature. Vietnamese literary curricula are taught at international universities.
International delegates at the conference affirmed that Vietnamese literature has been changing day by day to reflect the country’s land, people, and traditional culture and today’s Vietnam.
Ongoing literary events are taking place to create a cordial atmosphere of exchange among the delegates, showing a desire for peace and humanity. The event is part of Vietnam’s efforts in promoting the country's literature.
