On March 8, Fraser Residence Hanoi's Relish restaurant will offer a special Women's Day set menu titled "Let her bloom" for both lunch and dinner, featuring pan-fried foie gras with caramelized apple and onion chutney, tomato soup with seared Japanese scallop, oven-baked lobster with cheese and salad, and tiramisu cake. The set menu is priced at VND700,000 ($29.5) per set per person, including a glass of mocktail for each lady.
Hanoi Hotel presents a limited dim sum buffet for lunch on March 8 with a dozen dishes at VND348,000 per person. There is also a special promotion where five diners pay for four or ten diners pay for eight. There is also a 20% discount on all drinks and a secret gift for the first 50 ladies.

On March 8, the Summit Bar at Pan Pacific Hanoi Hotel will offer "The Queen Set Menu", a 4-course menu including Smoked Salmon Rose, King Prawn, Wagyu Beef, perfectly paired with the unique drink to enhance a night full of flavors, happiness and love. The price for this special set is VND1,088,000 or $45.9 per set per person.
There is another choice of the hotel for diners on International Women's Day at Pacifica Restaurant, with delicious savory to refreshing seafood such as octopus, squid, green mussels, salmon, tuna, grilled oysters, Australian premium beef, sushi, sashimi, BBQ live station, among others. The hotel offers 20% savings for any booking made by March 5, valid for adults.
Guests looking for Cantonese food for their special day can opt for a dim sum lunch at Ming Restaurant on March 8. The restaurant offers 70 choices, ranging from Siew Mai Minced Pork with Shrimp & Abalone Sauce, Codfish and Clam Abalone Dumpling to Minced Pork Dumpling Shanghai Style with Ginseng, Tiger Prawns & Japanese Scallop Dumpling with Spicy Sauce. Customers who book their lunch on March 5 will enjoy a special 20% discount.

The French Grill restaurant at the JW Marriott Hotel Hanoi will host a special dinner on March 8, where you can taste modern French cuisine with sparkling wine-based cocktails and hear the inspiring stories of admirable women in the wine industry. The a la carte menu features a variety of premium dishes including black pearl oysters, house-smoked salmon, kingfish carpaccio, octopus carpaccio, seared foie gras and French snails.
In addition, The Lounge has a new afternoon tea set in a cozy ambience with a panorama lake view for the special day at VND1,295,000 ($54.6) per set with “Lobster Ragout” or Pickled Daikon Ravioli, Seaweed Aioli, Brioche; “Quiche Loraine” or Leek and Bacon Tart, Egg Royal and “Foie Gras Tart” of Slow Cooked French Duck Leg, Marinated Grapes, Foie Gras Shavings; and Roasted Carrot Vol Au Vent or Glazed Baby Carrots, Feta, Fine Herbs.

On March 7 and 8, it will offer "Blooming Ladies Buffet Luch" with a Japanese corner, salad bar, hot counter, among others, at a price starting from VND699,000 ($29.5) per adult, including unlimited juices and a special gift for all ladies. Meanwhile, the "Blooming Ladies Buffet Dinner" is available on March 8 at VND1,050,000 or $44.3 per adult.
