Secretary General extends New Year wishes to Hanoi

The Party chief hopes that Hanoi would be a pioneer in the country's socio-economic development in the new year.

In the moments ahead of the Lunar New Year 2022 [February 1], General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) extended best wishes to people in Hanoi.
