According to Deputy Director of the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports Tran Thi Van Anh, Hanoi is actively training athletes who will compete in the SEA Games 31, while promoting the progress of building and upgrading infrastructures for the sport games.

"Hanoi strives to contribute 30% of athletes to the SEA Games 31 and win more than 30% of medals at the SEA Games for the sport delegation of Vietnam," Anh said.
